Anti-Aging

Q: What is the best anti-aging supplement to take?

A: I wish there were an easy answer to this question, but there isn’t, nor is there any one supplement that can do it all. There are several factors that we must look at.
• First, we must have a strong base or foundation to work from. Studies indicate that it is far easier to stay healthy and fight off the symptoms associated with aging if we take supplements over a period of years. People taking nutritional supplements for 10 years show a reduced risk of cataracts, heart disease, diabetes, etc. So the best way to lay a strong foundation is by taking NutraPack each and every day.
• Next, many of the degenerative diseases of aging are linked to Free Radical damage. (Literally we rust out the same way an unprotected car would.) Hands down, the two most respected anti-oxidants are vitamins E and C. While these are both found in amounts well above the minimum DV levels in NutraPack you may well wish to further enhance your intake with our Botana-E and Botana-C, each being a full and balanced source of these essential anti-oxidant nutrients.
o For complete protection you may also wish to take Mega Juice. This product contains no vitamins or minerals, just phytochemicals – anti-oxidants from pure plant sources; 15 fruits and 15 vegetables.
• One of the other key components to staying young and healthy is hormonal balance. DHEA is often called the “Mother” hormone as many of our other important hormones are converted from this primal hormone. Over the years, levels of this hormone fall. When you are 60 years old, levels may be only 20% of what they were in your late 20’s. When you reach 80 they may be only 10% or even less! Studies have shown by returning your hormone balance to that of a 30 year old, subjects lose fat, gain muscle, skin tone improves, they grow hair, gain energy and have increased sex drive and vitality.
o The down side is that if you take too much DHEA it would often increase testosterone levels without any balance. This could result in prostate or testicular problems for men and women could well experience masculizing effects. (Excess hair growth including chest and facial hair, while their breasts would shrink.)
o Other studies indicate too much DHEA could also cause liver damage and even raise cholesterol levels. For this reason anyone using DHEA should have their liver enzymes checked on a regular basis.
• Symmetry’s answer to this problem is Bio-Infinity. This amazing product supplies you with powerful anti-oxidants like Lipoic-Acid, energy factors like CoQ10, and immune system enhancers of powerful Chinese herbs and mixed Japanese mushrooms. We also balance the hormones, but not with the “Mother” hormone (DHEA) but with the “Grandmother” hormone (Pregnenolone).
o Pregnenolone is unique in that it is completely safe to use. Your body will convert it as needed into DHEA – and only when needed – never making too much. This will help keep your hormonal levels at a youthful, robust balance without negative side effects.

Aphrodesia 136

Q: I’m very interested in your Aphrodesia 136, can you tell me how to use it?

A: Aphrodesia 136 is a really great product! We thought we had produced enough for a 6 month supply when it first came out and to everyone’s surprise it was all sold out in about 2 weeks!
To properly use this formula you need to start out with a “load phase”. During this initial period you take 1 pill in the morning and 1 pill in the evening for a week to 10 days. After this you would use 1 pill “as needed”. For best results you might take a pill about 30 to 60 minutes before initiating activity.
Some people have found that because of a longer history of problems, greater age, or reduced overall health they do better doubling the dosage all around; 2 pills twice a day for 7-10 days and then using 2 pills “as needed”.
For best results you might consider using some other products along with this such as; NutraPack, Omega, Male Balance, New Attitude, Bio-Infinity or even Clarity. (Remember, these products would all work the same for men or women.)
